Jingying Textile Co.,Ltd. Which was set up in 2002 specializes in textile dyeing, finishing, shearing, saeding, raising and anti-pill potar fleece. The distribution of the plants are scientific and rational, what’s more, the living area, with comfortable environment and perfect infrastrature, fully displays the “humanity-focused” concept. We brought in the best facilities and followed the quality managing system that accords with the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 systems to make sure that we can satisfy the customers. Jingying owns a variety of equipment most of which are imported from abroad, including:85 Low-Pressure Jet-Dye Machines and High-Pressure Jet-Dye Machines, with a total capacity of 35790 kitograms. The capacity of the Largest Low-Pressure Jet –Dye Machine is 2000 kilograms, and the largest High-Pressure Jet-Dye Machine’s capacith amounts to 2200 kilograms. Meanwhile, for the finishing production line there are 8 stenters, which includer 6 from monfogs and 2 from Taiwan, I compacting machine, 4 Sueding Machines, 22Raising Machines, and 2 Shearing Machines. The daily production capacity is as high as 70000 Ritograms. Cnost of our products are exported to Europe, the U.S, South east Asia and so on. Our color matching tab is equilped with advanced facilties including the automatic color-matching computer and the dispensing system that monitors and matches the colors automatically. All the texts of colorfastners to light, colorfartress to crocking are operated in a ccordance with the AATCC cviteria and our texting lab is equipped with high-tech facilities, such as crock meter, burster, pilling machines, laurder-o-meter, perspirometer, colorfastness to light texting maching and so on.
